We may share your personal information with Zing Cover, a trading name of Covertech Limited, for the purposes of marketing and administration of insurance products.

Insurance services with Zing Cover

We want you to feel completely confident about owning your luxury assets, which is why we work with Zing Cover, a specialist, invite-only insurer for the luxury watch, jewellery and handbag market.

Zing is invite-only, so only people referred by their trusted network of partners including Kettle Club can get access to their instant pre-approved cover via email, WhatsApp or our in-store Zing tablet. Zing works with Kettle Club to automatically update the insured values of your collection each year so you do not have to. You will benefit from Kettle Club’s expertise and access to the market for replacements in the event of a claim. Using Zing’s collection management tool, you can add to, view and manage your whole jewellery, watch and handbag collection online in your Zing account. To get an instant insurance quote on your collection email your invoices, sales receipts or details of your collection to invite@zingcover.com, or scan the QR code.

Note: Zing Cover acts as an independent controller for the insurance products it offers. When you proceed with Zing, your data will be handled under Zing Cover’s own privacy notice.

International transfers

Some service providers are located outside the UK. Where we transfer your data internationally, we use lawful safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Marketing

If you opt in to receive updates, we may send emails or texts about new arrivals, events and offers. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe in our emails or by contacting privacy@3.8.216.203. If you opt out, we will still send service messages about your orders.
